Reach a local provider
Tell us about your tree and request an estimate. A local provider in our network will review the job and send a written quote. No obligation.

We want every homeowner who reaches Chocolatetrail Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about any of these:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly let people down may be removed. Please understand that Chocolatetrail Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.
Email contact@chocolatetrail.property and include as much of this as you can:
We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
